
Our family produce oil since the 1853. Since the 1978 we produced the oil in one of the oldest and characteristic oil mill of the valley, in the village of Dolcedo. In the 1979 we moved 1,5 km far, in the new oil mill that we built in Imperia.
For us it’s very important that our olives, all taggiasca variety, born, developed and growed in these valleys of the Ponente, are pressed in our oil mill following the old method.
All our products, starting from the grow till the packaging, take form and taste under our eyes, and they permit us to offer an oil that in our opinion it’s excellent.
Time rewarded our efforts: a lot of “gourmets” knew and appreciated our oil, also now they continue to be faithful customers, and a lot of journalists wrote spontaneously about us on magazines and newspapers, giving us gratifications that go farther our expectations.
