A few kilometres far from the heart of our agritourism, you will find the attractive village of Valloria, an enchanting village surrounded by nature, situated in a valley with a sensational view. Curious characteristic of this town are the “Painted Doors", real works of art made on the entrance doors of the houses, making a warm atmosphere of art, history and nature all together. In this beautiful theatre we have two apartments rich in tradition and ready to accommodate you.

SUPERBA VISTA

It is in the highest part of the house, and its terrace dominate all the valley, from the mountains to the sea, with a 360° view. It is a spacious apartment, recently rearranged and finished with ancient furniture of our family, composed by a big well equipped kitchen where there is also a sofa bed, a big bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and terrace equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrella.

In the apartment you will find: washing-machine, TVSat, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, iron and ironing board.

LE VOLTE

The characteristic of this apartment is the intimate and snug atmosphere, with thick stone walls, arches, stairs, ceiling with vaults and earthen floors; materials and architectonic elements of our tradition that make relive an ancient and unique atmosphere. Unique is also the sensation you will feel if you look out from its windows that show the typical slate roofs, with the view on all the valley as far as the sea, the oak and chestnut forest that disappears in the silver green of the olive trees, the crest of the mountains with their sanctuaries an a lot of little villages situated in all the valley.

The apartment is composed by a big well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with a sofa bed and a big terrace equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrella.

PRICES ARE PER WEEK

Daily rates (only in low and middle season and with heating costs included): from € 90,00 to € 150,00 per apartment.

Prices include: swimming pool, bed linen and towels with weekly change; uses; final cleaning; baby bed (on request); for the houses in Imperia, parking in a private area.

Additional costs: heating with meter reading, when needed; on request, the breakfast (€ 5,00 per person per day) and extra weekly cleaning (€ 12,00 per hour); pets allowed only in “Case Fiorite” and in “Casa Mandorlo”, the cost is € 50,00 for every dog and € 30,00 for every cat.

Special reductions:

- For stays of at least 2 weeks 5% discount.

- For stays of at least one running month during the winter (November, December, January, February, March) 40 dicount%.

- For the purchase of our products, for the guests of the agritourism, 10% discount.

- Conventions and special reductions for: tours and personalized visits in the Ligurian hinterland; trips and lessons in the nearby horse riding; marine excursions.

Conditions: the booking is confirmed by paying a deposit of the 30% of the total price, to be made by bank transfer. The rest will be paid on arrival, after seeing the apartment.
