We propose the “Piatto della Nonna” (Grandma’s Meal) to be accompanied by a wine that you will choose from the many bottles available (if necessary we can send you by e-mail, the list of wines with their prices).
For “Piatto della Nonna” we mean the use of simple and km 0 products; dishes prepared following the typical recipes of western Liguria as our grandmothers prepared them in the “Val Prino”
When you sit at the table to begin your experience, you will find bread, our oil and focaccia, then you will be served a plate of bruschetta with creams that we make with the olives and vegetables from our gardens, and depending on the season or your needs, a dish prepared according to the local tradition (vegetable pies or stuffed vegetables or trofie with pesto or croxetti avvantaggiati, …), passed down to us by our grandmothers.
The experience can be booked daily, Tuesday through Saturday, between 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm.
Customized times and experiences can be arranged for groups of more than 10 people.
