We start with the tasting of the delicious extra virgin olive oil from Val Prino; then we will continue with the comparison between four Pigato wines from as many companies of the area, vinified with different methods (traditional, classic, Brut with refermentation).

All will be accompanied by tasty appetizers, such as Ligurian focaccia with Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil, crostini with creams made with our vegetables, bruschetta stuffed with oil and fresh tomatoes and a “Farmer’s dish”, containing the delicacies of our valley (green cake or vegetable pancakes, farinata or “pissalandrea”, grilled or fresh vegetables). The conclusion will be dedicated to the tasting of two cheeses, cow’s and goat’s, from the pastures of the Impero valley.

The length will be about 2 hours between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Thursday and Saturday. On Friday the similar tasting will be on local red wines (ormeasco, rossese, granaccia and sciac-tra). Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the visit.

The price is € 45,00 per person
