In this guided tasting experience, we will talk about the production methods and techniques of our extra virgin olive oil made with taggiasca olives, then we will continue tasting our oil, and proceed the experience with a glass of the two most representative wines of western Liguria, Pigato and Vermentino, accompanied by bread with extra virgin olive oil and with creams made using taggiasca olives and vegetables from our gardens.

From 13:30 to 19:30 (closing time) every day from March to October, except public holidays and Wednesdays.
