In this guided tasting experience, we will tell you about the methods and techniques used to produce our extra virgin olive oil made from Taggiasca olives, then we will continue with an assisted tasting of the oil, and continue the experience by tasting a glass of the two most representative wines of western Liguria, Pigato and Vermentino, accompanied by crostini with extra virgin olive oil and canapés spread with creams made from Taggiasca olives and vegetables from our gardens.

1.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. (closing time) every day from March to October, excluding public holidays and Wednesdays.
