It all begins here, within the walls of our oil mill. You will discover how, with care and dedication, the small olives of taggiasca variety are transformed into our precious extra virgin olive oil.

After visiting the oil mill, we will move to our farmhouse for the more convivial part of the tour. It will not be a simple tasting, but a real guided tasting: we’ll teach you how to recognise the aromas, the pine nuts and artichokes notes and the sweetness of the real local extra virgin olive oil.

Upon request, you can accompany the experience with one of the best wines from our region, to enhance the delicacy of the oil and the freshness of the vegetables.

  • We will start with a tasting of canapés with vegetable creams from our storeroom and olives of taggiasca variety in brine.

  • Depending on the season, we will serve either traditional trofie pasta with pesto or the genuine simplicity of fusilli pasta with fresh tomatoes, picked directly from our garden.

  • To finish on a sweet note, dessert and coffee.

  • Water (excluding wine and other beverages)
