The current oil mill is a latest-genaration system; thanks to it, we are able to vary the processing of the oil according to the ripeness of the olives and obtain the best organoleptic properties, a symbol of the highest quality extra virgin olive oil.
We will learn about oil like true tasters: we will smell it, warm it in our hands and… yes, we will do also the “stripping” (that noisy suction that makes us look like experts!) to feel all the fruity notes of our extra virgin olive oil. After this experience, you will never look at a bottle of oil in the same way again!
