From the ground to the wine glass:

a walk throught vines and flavours

In collaboration with Fontanacota Winery

The tour begins with an evocative walk through the vineyard, where Ludovico will explain how nature, grape and cultivation techniques are essential elements in creating a great wine.

The experience continues at Agriturismo Benza, where the Fontanacota’s oenologist will guide you through a tasting of four wines: Vermentino DOP and Pigato DOP “Riviera Ligure di Ponente”, Sciac-trà “Ormeasco di Pornassio DOP” and Ormeasco di Pornassio DOP.

The tasting will be accompanied by canapés with extra virgin olive oil and vegetable creams, olives of taggisca variety, a platter of cheeses and cold cuts with vegetables and fresh fruit.

A guided tour of Benza oil Mill will conclude this amazing tour.

Equipment: confortable walking shoes.

In case of rain, the walk throught the vines will be cancellated; the cultivation methods will be explained inside the Agriturismo Benza.
